LASSY VIETNAM we’re happy to accept to refund on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item is dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by LASSY VIETNAM when sent back, you will send the package to us. Make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange, just send us over an email at Lassyvietnam@gmail.com. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any further concerns.

Payments will be turned back to the original credit card purchasers. The processing of verifying and refunding will be lasted within 2-3 working days after LASSYVN receives those items. Additionally, SALE items aren't allowed to refund.

In case of losing parcels while being returned to us, we don't take any responsibility to refund the payments. 

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
